The Joinery Barbershop is looking for a Senior Barber.
We’re looking for experienced and passionate Barbers to join our talented team. The ideal candidate will have a flair for precision haircuts, excellent customer service skills, and a genuine passion for making people look and feel great. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality haircuts, beard trims, and grooming services to a diverse clientele.
- Tailor services to meet the individual needs of each client, offering professional advice on hair care and styling.
- Ensure a clean, professional, and comfortable environment for all clients.
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients, offering a personalised experience to each person who walks through the door.
- Keep up to date with the latest trends and techniques in the barbering industry.
- Contribute to the overall positive atmosphere of the shop by working well with the team.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the workspace, tools, and equipment.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Barber with a strong portfolio of work.
- Excellent communication skills and a personable, friendly approach to customers.
- Knowledge of current trends, styles, and techniques in barbering.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Ability to work well in a high-end environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Previous experience in a premium or high-end barbershop is a plus.
- Barbering qualification (or equivalent) preferred.
