We are seeking to recruit a Senior Building Surveyor to work on commercial property portfolios owned/to be acquired/disposed of by our clients.

Qualifications and other attributes considered important to the position are:
- Level 8 Qualification in Building Surveying
- Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Can-do attitude
- Excellent IT (Microsoft Office and Autodesk) and Organisational Skills
- Ability to work independently using own initiative
- A capability for achieving tight targets and meeting deadlines
- Organised task manager who can handle a number of regular deadlines across multiple instructions concurrently
- Ability to meet financial targets set
