We will rely on you to:
- Manage day-to-day administration of Defined Contribution (DC) pension schemes
- Handle complex member and client queries efficiently and professionally
- Ensure all work meets compliance standards and agreed service levels
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver coordinated, high-quality service
- Mentor and support junior colleagues as a senior team member
- Build strong, lasting relationships with key clients
What you need to have:
- Proven experience in DC pensions administration
- Excellent client communication and relationship management skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Good time management and ability to meet multiple deadlines
- A proactive, collaborative attitude and commitment to service excellence
