As a Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for…
We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Consultant to join our Business and Digital Transformation (BDT) practice. This role offers the opportunity to play a key role in shaping and delivering complex transformation programmes, with a particular focus on operating model redesign, organisational design, and mobilisation of change initiatives. You will work closely with senior clients, lead workstreams, and develop actionable solutions that create lasting business impact.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the delivery of defined workstreams or small transformation projects, ensuring outputs are robust, insightful, and aligned with client objectives
Support the design of target operating models, organisational structures, and workforce plans, working with data and org design tools (such as OrgVue) to provide evidence-based recommendations
Contribute to the mobilisation and execution of transformation programmes, including stakeholder engagement, change planning, and implementation activities
Build trusted client relationships by delivering high-quality outcomes and providing clear, well-structured advice on business and digital transformation challenges
Collaborate with Managers and senior leaders to prepare client presentations, proposals, and thought leadership content
Coach and develop junior consultants, fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture within project teams
Stay informed on trends in operating model design, organisational change, and digital innovation, including emerging applications of AI
Contribute to the ongoing growth of the Business and Digital Transformation practice by refining methodologies, tools, and internal capabilities
Qualifications
3+ years of management consulting or industry experience, with proven exposure to transformation, operating model design, or organisational change programmes
Hands-on experience delivering key transformation elements such as process redesign, workforce planning, governance design, and change management
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using data to inform organisational and structural decisions
Ability to engage and build trust with client stakeholders, delivering clear and actionable recommendations
Proven track record supporting small teams in fast-paced, client-facing environments
Experience or familiarity with organisational design tools (e.g., OrgVue) is advantageous
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex issues into simple, compelling narratives
Commercial mindset, with an eagerness to contribute to business growth and practice development
