Your Role
As a Senior Embryologist, you'll play a central role in our IVF laboratory ensuring clinical excellence while supporting innovation, training, and compliance. You'll be hands-on with advanced procedures like embryo biopsy and contribute directly to the success and growth of our service.
What You'll Be Doing
- Perform all core tasks in embryology and andrology, including embryo biopsy
- Maintain precise documentation, batch control, and stock monitoring
- Train and mentor junior lab team members
- Uphold high standards through our Quality Management System (QMS)
- Validate new lab processes and equipment in collaboration with the Laboratory Manager
- Ensure full compliance with HPRA guidelines and EU Tissues and Cells Directive
- Foster clear and empathetic communication with patients and colleagues
What You Bring
- BSc in Life Sciences (MSc and ESHRE certification are a plus)
- Minimum 6 years' experience in an IVF laboratory
- Skilled in all IVF techniques, including embryo biopsy
- Experience working with quality management systems
- Strong mentoring abilities and excellent interpersonal skills
- Fluency in spoken and written English
