As part of our ongoing focus on talent and people success, we are looking for an experienced HR professional to join our People & Culture team here at LotusWorks team. This is an exciting high-impact role within the company and will focus on building a strong People First Culture.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business leaders to understand organizational goals and manage a local team to develop HR strategies that support these business objectives.
- Partner with leadership to identify and address workforce planning, talent development, and succession planning needs.
- Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans.
- Conduct thorough and objective investigations into employee complaints or concerns, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
- Provide coaching and guidance to managers on effective communication, leadership, and employee engagement strategies.
- Support the implementation and execution of performance management programs, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback processes.
- Provide training and resources to managers to ensure consistent and fair performance management practices.
- Proactively identify potential employee initiatives by participating in management and employee meetings on a regular basis.
- Create reports that provide clear insights to the talent pools, skills and experience within our teams.
- Design and delivery of strategic HR projects for the global organisation.
- Any other duties or responsibilities that may be assigned to you in your role
Skills Required:
- People leadership experience in the Human Resources function
- Experience of working in a Global HR team, collaborating with global colleagues across Centre of Excellence to design and delivery high impact HR services at scale.
- Strong working knowledge and experience in Talent Management and Talent Development.
- Deep experience in Irish Employment Labour and Labour Relations.
- Demonstrated the ability to successfully lead and implement Strategic HR Projects.
- Influencing and stakeholder management skills.
- High level of initiative and pro-activity.
- Highly organised and detail orientated.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Team orientated with an ability to multi-task.
Education / Licenses / Certifications:
- Bachelors in Human Resources or related field.
- Proof of education, licenses, and certifications will be required where applicable
