In response to the growing demand for IT and cyber security services across various business sectors, we are seeking to hire a Senior Manager who is enthusiastic about undertaking a new challenge within our Risk and Advisory Services Department.

The successful candidate will oversee, lead teams in IT, cyber security and audit assessments. We are seeking candidates with IT / Cyber Security, audit or consulting experience within a consulting firm or advisory firm, or are working in IT/Cyber audit in a large company.

This role includes advising clients on cyber risk management and leading client internal audit initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage IT/Cyber advisory and internal/external audit client projects
  • Oversee staff to provide IT/Cyber security/audit services
  • Develop team members via guidance, training, and mentoring
  • Participate in marketing and business development
  • Provide specialized knowledge on cyber threats
  • Identify opportunities for improving service delivery
  • Proactively engage with and manage clients

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • 7+ years IT / Cyber Security, internal / external audit or consulting experience within a consulting or advisory firm, or similar experience in internal audit for a large company.
  • Demonstrated interest, training, experience, or certification (e.g., CISM, CRISC, CISA, CISSP etc.) in cyber security/audit is highly advantageous.
  • Robust technical foundation supporting comprehension of controls (e.g., NIST, NIS2, ISO 27001), IT Governance Risk and Compliance.
  • Knowledge of regulatory landscape (Central Bank Guidelines, NIS2, DORA, GDPR).
  • Proven capability to establish enduring relationships and networks with team members and clients.
  • Project management skills and experience in managing team resources, project costs, and delivery of services within required timeframes.
  • Track record of managing teams with a dedication to fostering the development of oneself and others.
  • Proficiency in business development skills and a history of contributing to organizational growth.
  • Experience in client communications and presentation skills.
