Role Purpose

We are seeking a highly-motivated and experienced Senior Project Manager to support, lead and drive large-scale initiatives that align with strategic business goals and deliver measurable benefits. The role will be part of our Strategy, Change & Transformation team who shape, enable and drive the strategic change agenda within Group COO, and are at the centre of our leading (and growing) global business. This role requires a consistent track record in end-to-end project delivery, underpinned by strong partner management, teamwork and problem-solving skills to drive successful business outcomes. The ideal candidate will have experience delivering enterprise-wide transformation, harnessing teams, engaging with leadership, and navigating global, cross-functional business environments.

Accountabilities & Responsibilities

Ensure we start, implement and optimise transformations well
Drive the planning, execution, and governance of large-scale programmes or projects, ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget
Lead key workstreams successfully, fostering teamwork and effective ways of working
Communicate the vision and progress by demonstrating strong storytelling skills to engage team members
Coordinate cross-functional teams, providing direction and motivation to ensure successful execution
Develop and maintain roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business objectives and key priorities
Identify, assess, and mitigate risks, ensuring proactive issue resolution
Proactively gather and make sense of a vast amount of information from a wide range of sources, and provide clear insights and storytelling to support decision making
Establish and supervise critical measures to track the project’s success and report progress to leadership
Drive continuous improvement by bringing together lessons learned and implementing standard methodologies
Ensure compliance with regulatory, governance, and quality standards throughout the programme lifecycle
Comfortable leading teams and providing hands-on execution

Skills & Capabilities

Experienced in a Senior Project Manager role preferably within Consumer, Retail, Tech, Gaming or eCommerce industries.
Strong expertise in project management methodologies.
Skilled in turning sophisticated project updates into clear, engaging narratives and insight that resonate with leaders and teams
Excellent engagement and influencing skills at all interpersonal levels, you collaborate with.
Comfortable navigating a global organisation and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Ability to coordinate multiple capabilities, manage workstreams simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment
Strategic and commercial savvy including financial and budget management experience
Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills
Excellent communication and delivery capabilities in transformation
Experience with strategy and business organisational change

Qualifications & Experience

Proven experience within project delivery roles.
PRINCE2, PMP, MSP, or equivalent project management certification.
Experience working in a highly regulated environment.
Familiarity with digital transformation or technology enabled projects.
Consulting experience is a plus.
Team management.

Risk Management: Proactively identifying and mitigating risks, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations and supporting our enterprise risk profile.

Change Adoption: Ensuring smooth implementation of new processes or systems, with high adoption rates and minimal resistance.
