We are looking for a Full-Time Sales Assistant for our Blanchardstown store who can bring both retail and digital skills to the role. Alongside delivering outstanding in-store service, you’ll play a key part in ensuring our customers enjoy a seamless shopping experience in-store. You're a forward facing person so are used to engaging, offering solutions every step of the way. You're also able to push the business online.
Social media is a big part of how we connect with our audience, so strong skills in creating, posting, and engaging on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok will be a major advantage. If you’re creative, organised, and excited about Jewellery retail in both the physical and digital worlds, we’d love to hear from you.
You will be responsible for:
- Top class customer service
- Driving customer service through team engagement and excellent repair knowledge
- Repairing of Watches, basic jewellery repairs and engraving understanding an advantage.
- Maximising your store’s sales potential and achieving KPIs
- Delivering company standards to the highest level
- Merchandising
- Processing online orders
- Creating and posting engaging social media content to promote products and build brand awareness
The ideal candidate should have the following requirements:
- Proven retail sales experience
- Excellent people skills and a passion for customer engagement
- Strong organisational skills for managing both store and online tasks
- Confidence using social media for business purposes
- Recognition of the importance of strong visual merchandising
- Jewellery repair experience — desirable but not essential
- Passion, enthusiasm, and a hands-on attitude
- Outgoing & friendly manner
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Smart/neat presentation
