Senior Site Engineer
OCC Construction is currently seeking a Senior Site Engineer to join our expanding team.

Responsibilities of the role include;
Lead engineering activities on site, coordinating with the project team to ensure timely delivery of technical information and smooth execution of works.
Oversee site engineering activities to ensure alignment with drawings, specifications, programme and quality standards.
Record site activities and relevant project information in Procore (training will be provided).
Mentor and support junior engineers and site staff, ensuring adherence to best practices and promoting continuous learning.
Ensure all works are carried out in line with ISO procedures, project-specific quality plans and Health & Safety requirements.
Supervising subcontractors and checking quality of works.
Conduct document reviews, scheduling and attending site meetings to ensure overall compliance with the building schedule.
Manage project close out, including securing warranties, guarantees and acceptance of work.
Qualifications, skills & experience
5+ years in a similar role.
Engineering Degree required.
Knowledge of construction techniques and competent in all aspects of setting out, surveying, and temporary works.
An excellent understanding of Health & Safety requirements within Irish construction sites.
Proficiency in MS Office, CAD and document control systems
Full clean Irish Driving licence required.
