Senior Solutions Architect – Gainsight
Role Summary
Wigmore is hiring a Senior Solutions Architect – Gainsight to lead solution design and delivery across a portfolio of high-growth SaaS clients. This is a client-facing consulting role focused on implementing scalable Gainsight solutions, enabling adoption, and driving measurable outcomes.
You’ll engage directly with Customer Success, Product, and Operations leaders to shape CS strategy, design Gainsight solutions, and unlock efficiency through best practices. Ideal candidates will pair deep Gainsight expertise with technical architecture skills, consulting experience, and strong communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead business and technical discovery workshops with senior client stakeholders.
- Translate business objectives into scalable Gainsight designs and implementations.
- Configure and deliver Gainsight solutions across:
- Health Scores, CTAs & Playbooks
- Journey Orchestrator
- Dashboards & Reports
- Integrations with CRM, Data Warehouse, and SaaS platforms
- Develop configuration plans, documentation, and enablement materials.
- Provide strategic and technical guidance to client CS leaders and technical teams.
- Ensure solutions are scalable, reduce technical debt, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Contribute to governance models, adoption frameworks, and client sustainability post-engagement.

Required Experience & Qualifications
- 5+ years in Professional Services, CS Ops, Revenue Ops, or SaaS solution architecture.
- Hands-on Gainsight experience is required (Admin Certification strongly preferred).
- Strong technical skills in CRM (Salesforce), data integration (ETL/ELT, APIs), and analytics/reporting.
- Proven track record leading client-facing workshops and designing scalable SaaS solutions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, both executive and technical.
Nice to Have
- Salesforce Admin or SFDC–Gainsight integration experience.
- Exposure to tools such as HubSpot, Intercom, or Zendesk.
- Prior experience in a consulting or managed services environment.
- Background supporting multi-product SaaS CS strategies.

Pay: €49,570.24-€75,000.00 per year
