Job Description
In this role, you will focus on shaping and optimizing Infineon’s global supply chain operations. By combining strategic thinking with innovative approaches, you will enable sustainable improvements in contractual agreements and logistics concepts, ensuring alignment between customer expectations and Infineon’s business objectives.
In your new role, you will:
- Globally define, negotiate, and implement advanced logistics concepts and services for assigned customers, aligning customer requirements with Infineon’s cost and technical capabilities while mitigating business and financial risks
- Define, negotiate, and implement supply chain-related contract content , working closely with Contract Management, Sales, and Divisions for assigned customers
- Manage the global review, negotiation, and implementation of supply chain concepts to ensure alignment with customer expectations and operational feasibility
- Drive continuous improvement of Infineon’s supply chain concept and services portfolio , enhancing existing standard concepts and introducing new, innovative solutions
- Initiate and implement necessary measures to manage risks in supply chain-related processes and projects
- Lead, manage, and contribute to projects that promote operational excellence in supply chain management
Your Profile
You are a results-oriented professional with a passion for solving complex supply chain challenges through structured and innovative approaches. Your ability to connect and collaborate with diverse, cross-functional teams on a global scale sets you apart as a natural leader of projects. With a deep understanding of supply chain principles and tools, you excel at aligning customer needs with business goals while maintaining a forward-thinking and strategic perspective.
You are best equipped for this role if you have:
- A degree in Business Administration with a focus on Management & Technology or a related field
- At least 3 years of professional experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Sales, or Contract Management
- Advanced communication and negotiation skills , including presentation, moderation, and customer interaction
- The ability to lead global, cross-functional teams across areas such as Sales, Finance, Supply Chain Planning (SCP), IT, Logistics, and other SMEs
- Advanced experience and understanding of supply chain concepts and services
- Excellent analytical skills, a systematic but speedy work approach, and entrepreneurial thinking and acting
- Intercultural awareness and emotional intelligence, enabling effective collaboration in a global environment
- Fluency in English is required
