We are building a dynamic front-of-house team from the ground up and are looking for enthusiastic waiting staff of all levels – from entry-level to experienced and supervisory roles – to help us create unforgettable dining experiences from day one. --- Key Responsibilities All Waiting Staff (Entry-Level & Experienced): Welcome and seat guests with warmth and professionalism. Take food and drink orders accurately and deliver them promptly. Provide guests with menu knowledge and recommendations. Ensure tables are set, clean, and presented to high standards. Handle guest requests and resolve minor issues with a positive attitude. Work closely with the kitchen and bar team to ensure smooth service. Uphold health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times. Senior / Experienced Waiting Staff: Act as a role model and mentor for junior staff. Assist with training and onboarding new team members. Support with floor management during busy services. Handle escalated customer queries or complaints professionally. Maintain high service consistency across all sections. Supervisor / Head Waiter (if applicable): Lead the front-of-house team during service. Manage shift rotas, staff allocations, and floor planning. Ensure service standards and restaurant procedures are consistently met. Communicate effectively between management, kitchen, and bar. Motivate and guide the team to deliver excellent guest experiences. --- Requirements For All Levels: Passion for hospitality and delivering great customer service. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment. Flexible schedule – evenings, weekends, and holidays. Entry-Level Staff: No experience required – full training will be provided. Experienced Staff: Prior waiting experience in a busy restaurant environment. Strong understanding of service standards and customer care. Supervisor / Head Waiter: Several years’ experience in a senior front-of-house role. Leadership and organizational skills.
