Service Manager - Volvo and Ford
This is a hands-on role where you'll be the main point of contact for customers and work closely with our in-house technicians to make sure everything runs smoothly.

What you'll do:
- Greet and assist customers with service enquiries.
- Book in vehicles, manage service schedules, and keep customers updated.
- Coordinate work with the technician and ensure jobs are completed on time.
- Handle paperwork and invoices.
- Make sure customers receive a great experience from start to finish.
What we're looking for:
- Experience in a service advisor or similar role (motor trade experience a big plus).
- Friendly, professional, and organised.
- Confident using computers and managing bookings/admin.
- Able to work independently and take initiative.
- Full, clean driver's license.
