As a Site Administrator you will be working with the LotusWorks team, you will join our client site in the pharmaceutical sector. This job is based in a cutting-edge facility in Dublin.
Working with the LotusWorks team you will be responsible for all site administration including dealing with timesheets and training documentation. You will also be actively involved with our team members supporting them through the key milestones in their employment with LotusWorks
Responsibilities:
- Acting as the primary point of contact for employees, vendors, and visitors.
- Coordinating the onboarding process for new employees and vendors.
- Overseeing the Time Management System by collating all employee site timesheets and reconciling them on a weekly basis against client-managed reports.
- Running reports from training systems and scheduling training requirements for employees so everyone keeps up to date with their training.
- General administration to include some basic accounting duties.
- Any other duties or responsibilities that may be assigned to you in your role.
Skills Required:
- Proficiency in computer operating systems and applications, including MS Office Suite Products (e.g., Windows, Word, Excel and Powerpoint).
- Basic accounts or finance knowledge.
- Strong presentation skills, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Outstanding administrative skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Initiative and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Fluent English is essential for effective communication.
Education / Licenses / Certifications:
- 3 years’ experience in a similar administrative role.
- Proof of education, liceses and certifications will be required where applicable
