Job Purpose:
The Site Coordinator is responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the Administration Building on a client's international pharmaceutical facility in Munster. The role will cover mechanical and electrical building services, building fabric, sub-contractor management, and Facilities helpdesk
Day to Day of the Role:
Plan and schedule for BFM team works.
Manage and respond to Helpdesk issues.
Management of and liaison with sub-contractors when on site.
Interaction with building personnel to ensure all relevant requests are responded to and resolved.
Carry out work as per site policies, schedules and procedures.
Complete site documentation before and after work tasks, as required.
Participate in the appropriate training.
Filing of Risk Assessment of Task performed and ensure these are always kept valid.
Be familiar with all GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) rules and regulations where appropriate
Be familiar with Statutory requirements
Be responsible for filing of training curriculum and ensure missing requirements are completed
Ensure all tools and equipment lists are kept in good condition.
Ensure all quotes are documented and sent to Financial Co-ordinator to request PO’s.
Responsible for onsite vans. Organising servicing and parts when needed.
Have a working knowledge of the CMMS system that will contain work orders for the jobs that are carried out on site.
Required Skills for the Role:
Work within a Computerized Maintenance Management Work Order system environment.
Knowledge of working within a documented Permit to Work System
Computer skills to include excel word powerpoint and understand CMMS.
Good Initiative and Pro-active attitude in approach to duties
Maybe required to do walkdowns on pharma site.
Should be accustomed to working in a pressurised environment.
