We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Foreman to lead and coordinate site operations for construction projects in Dublin.
Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise daily site operations, including subcontractors and site staff.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, quality, and environmental requirements.
Monitor progress against program schedules and targets.
Coordinate plant, materials, and resources efficiently.
Maintain accurate site records and documentation.
Communicate effectively with the project management team and stakeholders.
Support the delivery of works to a high standard, on schedule, and within budget.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Foreman or Site Supervisor role in Ireland or the UK.
Strong knowledge of HSQE management and cost control.
Completion of a recognised Site Safety Supervisor Programme (or equivalent).
Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English.
Full, clean driving licence.
Must have the right to work in Ireland (no sponsorship provided).
