Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Site Project Manager, based on-site in Dublin. The Site Project Manager will oversee project management tasks, coordinate logistics, and ensure timely procurement through expediting processes. The role entails daily inspection and review of project progress, managing on-site teams, and ensuring adherence to plans and timelines.
Qualifications
- Civils & Ground works experience essential.
- Experience in Project Management and Expediting
- Skills in Inspection and Logistics Management.
- Experience and understanding of building material requirements & Quantities.
- Updating of construction programs.
- Ensuring all Labour, Plant & materials schedules are produced with weekly, fortnightly & monthly look ahead.
- The ability to introduce members to the team and grow resources within the company.
- Manage all aspects of safety on site.
- Ability to read & coordinate all drawings.
- Competent in use of CAD, take off of dimensions & volumes.
- Computer skills essential in excel & word.
- Attend meetings when required in HQ.
- Working closely with Contracts Manager & Commercial Department & producing all information required for valuations.
- Ability and understanding of all commercial aspects of construction.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong leadership and team coordination abilities.
- Ability to solve problems and make decisions effectively.
- Previous experience in construction & groundworks essential.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
