Role Overview
As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing project schedules, resources, and manpower to ensure the successful installation and testing of Cat6, Cat6A, and/or Fibre Optic cabling across a range of settings. You will ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. In addition, you will maintain regular communication with the Senior Management Team, ensuring that project objectives remain aligned with the wider goals of the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, coordinate meetings, and monitor progress to ensure timely delivery
- Supervise and support project teams, assign responsibilities, and promote a collaborative working environment
- Forecast and manage personnel, equipment, and materials, ensuring resources are used effectively and any constraints are addressed
- Identify risks early, implement mitigation strategies, and keep stakeholders informed throughout the project lifecycle
- Act as the primary on-site contact for clients, providing regular updates, reports, and handling RFIs
- Ensure all project outputs meet required quality standards through ongoing checks and reviews
- Oversee adherence to site safety and security procedures, working closely with the Health & Safety team
- Track project expenditure, monitor budgets, and address financial issues promptly to maintain cost control
Essential Requirements:
- Right to Work in Ireland is Essential
- Extensive experience in a Supervisory role on structured cabling projects, including large scale Cat6, Cat6A, and/or fibre installations
- A valid and up-to-date Safe Pass
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage teams and liaise effectively with stakeholders
- Proficiency in project management and reporting tools
