BM (building maintenance)
Minimum 5 years experience with references
We are a Busy Dublin based maintenance company
Phone, pension and vehicle will be provided for the right candidate
Must have full license
skilled construction operative must have experience in most or all off the following
Ground work, roofing, plastering or taping and filling, painting, small amounts of tiling and brick work, general maintenance.
Working all over Dublin and surrounding areas at shopping centres, apartments blocks,office blocks and managed housing estates. Good people skills able to work as part of a team or on own initiative
Safe pass and manual handling necessary
