As Okta' SMB Sales Director you will...

  • Manage a team of Account Executives targeting the SMB market in France and Italy
  • Design and execute on a strong business plan for the French and Italian SMB markets
  • Coach your team in all aspects of sales structure (we use MEDDPICC) new logo prospecting and pipeline generation, territory management and closing opportunities.
  • Act as an integral member of the SMB Sales leadership team supporting growth initiatives, strategy and insight for the entire EMEA region.
  • Partner with Recruitment to attract and hire the very best talent for your team, with a passion and focus on growing talent from within.
  • Build a winning culture through leading by example, setting expectations, providing coaching and mentorship and holding teams accountable.

We are looking for....

  • Experience leading a team of junior Account Executives including all aspects of hiring, performance management, talent calibration and reporting.
  • Ability to drive pipeline generation and new logo acquisition.
  • Knowledge of MEDDICC or similar sales methodology.
  • Experience working and selling in fast paced SaaS organisations.
  • Data driven mindset with a strong understanding of metrics
  • Fluency in French & English - Italian is a nice to have

We are passionate about culture and collaboration in our Dublin office so we operate a hybrid working environment with 2-3 days a week in the office.
