Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience with full stack development, across back-end such as Java, Python, Golang, or C++ codebases, and front-end experience including JavaScript or TypeScript, HTML, CSS or equivalent.
- 2 years of experience in designing and scaling front end applications.
Preferred qualifications:
- 2 years of experience with user interface.
- 2 years of experience with system monitoring.
- 2 years of experience with data modeling and large scale data processing.
- 2 years of experience with data structures or algorithms.

Responsibilities
- Shape and drive projects that improve our user's ability to observe, debug and control their Rollouts.
- Participate in the team operational procedures, and lead efforts to improve the system resilience and reduce on-call/on-duty toil.
- Partner with external teams, and other product functions (PM, UX) to improve cross-product journeys and integrations.
- Expert in user-to-system modeling for complex distributed architecture.
- Become a trusted team member who takes an active interest in the success of the team and its members' development.
