Role Overview:
In partnership with our client Sedgwick Ireland are seeking a motivated and experienced Conveyancing Solicitor. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with a minimum of 1–2 years PQE to further develop their career in a supportive and professional environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a varied caseload of residential and commercial conveyancing matters from initial instruction through to post-completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of residential and commercial conveyancing transactions.
- Liaise with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other solicitors.
- Draft and review contracts, title documents, and other legal documentation.
- Conduct title investigations and resolve any issues that arise.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and records.
- Provide clear, practical legal advice to clients in a timely manner.
Candidate Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor with 1–2 years PQE in conveyancing.
- Strong knowledge of Irish property law and conveyancing procedures.
- Ability to work independently and manage a busy caseload.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities.
- A client-focused approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
- Proficiency in legal practice management systems is an advantage.
