We are currently looking for a Store Host to join our Dublin store, working 8 hours per week.
What to Expect:
Warmly welcoming all customers and their guests, ensuring they receive all the information they need about WED2B and their visit.
Registering each customer via our welcome screen in accordance with company policy.
Assisting with click-and-collect orders.
Upholding and implementing the WED2B DNA in customer service and product presentation.
Ongoing training in current industry developments and trends.
Maintaining and building strong customer relationships.
Supporting the store in achieving sales targets and KPIs.
Assisting Bridal Consultants with their tasks when needed.

Experience in a customer-facing role is an advantage.
