As a manager, you will assume a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless day-to-day operations of the store while delivering exceptional customer service. This leadership position demands strong managerial skills, meticulous attention to detail, and an unwavering dedication to providing outstanding experiences for our valued customers.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and Manage Daily Operations: Take charge of the daily operations of the store, including scheduling shifts for all the staff, monitoring financial performance, and managing inventory and supplies.
- Recruitment and Training: Recruit, train, and onboard new staff members, equipping them with the necessary skills to deliver exceptional service. Ensure that employees are proficient in drinks and food preparation and the proper use of all the equipment to maintain consistency and quality.
- Vendor Relations and Supply Management: Collaborate with vendors and proactively order supplies, including takeaway cups, coffee, milk, cheese, bread and other essential ingredients as required.
- Financial Oversight: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of daily, weekly, and monthly revenues and expenses. Monitor financial performance, analyse data, and implement strategies to optimise profitability.
- Customer Service Excellence: Provide guidance and mentorship to staff on effectively resolving customer issues and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Store Presentation: Ensure that all areas of the store are impeccably clean, tidy, and aesthetically pleasing to create a welcoming atmosphere for customers.
- Customer Relationships: Foster friendly and lasting relationships with customers to enhance loyalty and elevate the store's reputation.
