What You'll Do

Lead full-cycle recruitment across global regions, ensuring every candidate feels valued and respected.

Partner closely with the VP of Talent to align hiring plans with strategic workforce priorities.

Source, assess, and hire for both technical and non-technical roles, championing inclusive hiring practices

Use the data from interview feedback and assessment to enable hiring managers to build more robust onboarding plans.

Support onboarding with care-from pre-start communications to Day 1 readiness and beyond.

Collaborate with new starters and hiring managers, to ensure onboarding is secure, compliant, and welcoming.

Enhance hiring frameworks, interview guides, and candidate experience initiatives.

Maintain accurate records in our ATS and share insights through hiring metrics.

Represent CyberSentriq at events and build future-ready talent pipelines.

Stay curious and informed about cybersecurity talent trends and MSP market dynamics.


Your Story:

3-7 years of recruitment experience, ideally in tech, cybersecurity, or understands channel environments.

A track record of hiring across diverse functions and levels.

Experience in onboarding with a focus on operational excellence and human connection.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruitment analytics.

A genuine curiosity about cybersecurity or tech.

Comfort in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
