Job Title: Team Leader
Status: Full Time Contract
Location: Ireland
Stepping Stones Care are currently recruiting for a Team Leader for a small residential disability service.
Duties
- Support the Team to ensure that the service you provide complies with the applicable HIQA regulations. Sufficient professional knowledge to carry out the duties and responsibilities of the role.
- Ensure compliance with record keeping is in line with legislation and HIQA requirements.
- Work directly with individuals and completing administrative tasks relating to the day-to-day running of the house.
The successful candidate will have:
- Relevant recognised Diploma in Social Care / Applied Social Studies in Social Care (Level 7 on National Framework of Qualifications).
- Three year’s experience supporting children/adults with intellectual disabilities and/or autism
- Applicants must have relevant experience Experience in a HIQA regulation environment and supporting children/adults with intellectual disabilities
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Strong knowledge of HIQA Standards
- Be highly organised, have excellent report writing, IT, and time management skills.
- Flexibility and openness to change
- Full Clean Driving Licence
Schedule: 40 Hours
12 hour shift
Day shift
Night shift
Weekend availability

Level 7 or Level 8 Social Care Qualification (required)
