We have an opportunity for a Team Leader to join our team on permanent basis.

This is a hybrid role, working at home and the Clonakilty office as required. Office days to be discussed at interview.

Job Description:

As a Team Manager, your duties and responsibilities will include:

• Managing, coaching and developing a team to deliver excellent customer service.
• Achieving the attrition, absence and adherence targets.
• Ensuring accurate payroll management and minimising administration errors and overpayments.
• Working with your team members to meet customer needs in a responsive and efficient manner.
• Managing escalated problems and performing root cause analysis of any trends identified to improve customer experience.
• Driving employee engagement through effective communication in one-to-one meeting's, team meetings and workshops.
• Ensure all KPI’s are met and adhered to.
• Delivery of weekly and monthly reports.
• Adhering to HR policies and procedures to provide a fair and consistent approach to managing staff

You'll have the following skills, knowledge & experience

• Self-motivated with the ability to think ahead
• Experience of managing and leading a team
• Excellent time management and prioritisation skills
• Ability to train and develop team members to achieve stretch results in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills which can be demonstrated to relay information appropriately at all levels – to be able to avoid and deal with conflict
• Flexibility and resourcefulness
• Ability to be based on site in our Clonakilty office
