We’re seeking a talented and inspiring Technical Director to lead the technical vision for our projects and empower our development teams to deliver exceptional, world-class gameplay. In this role, you’ll guide the engineering team, oversee core systems, and ensure our technology pipelines are streamlined, scalable, and future-ready. You’ll work closely with our leadership and creative teams, translating ambitious game design into robust, sustainable technical solutions. Your leadership will be key in fostering a collaborative, high-performance environment that supports creativity and innovation.
What you’ll do:
- Lead the technical direction of projects, ensuring alignment with studio goals and creative vision.
- Oversee architecture and system design, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and efficiency.
- Manage, mentor, and inspire engineering leads and developers, cultivating a culture of technical excellence.
- Drive best practices in source control, build systems, and deployment pipelines, with a focus on Perforce workflows.
- Collaborate with designers, artists, and production to balance creative ambition with technical feasibility.
- Proactively identify and mitigate technical risks across projects.
- Evaluate, implement, and optimize core technologies, tools, and pipelines—ensuring the best use of Unreal Engine capabilities.
- Champion code quality, performance, and sustainable development practices across teams.

- Proficiency with Perforce for version control and workflow management.
