Job Purpose: Deliver comprehensive product knowledge and outstanding customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and supporting business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Offer excellent customer service, addressing customer inquiries both at the counter, email and via phone.
- Prepare and issue quotations accurately and efficiently.
- Operate our IT Software System proficiently.
- Manage gas bottle collections.
- Perform additional tasks as necessary to support business objectives.
Essential Requirements:
· Technical background or experience of working in Trades/Engineering/DIY is desirable
- Experience in product merchandising.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to maintaining high merchandising standards, including correct labelling, pricing, and product placement.
- Competence in computer usage.
- Friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Prior experience in trade or retail sales is advantageous.
