Brief Job Description:
The successful candidate will join the Travel Team as a Travel Coordinator and will be responsible for arranging all aspects of travel to sites throughout Europe for Staff based in Derry /Donegal plants in a Cost-Effective way that supports the Business needs.
Responsibilities and Measurement Criteria:
- To arrange all aspects of travel to sites throughout Europe for production staff based in Derry /Donegal plants using the most cost-effective routes and accommodations liaising with the Servicing Department for site requirements.
- Arranging and providing assistance where needed with Travel for Senior Managers & Directors.
- To support Project Managers with Client Travel to Vertiv plants for Factory Witness Tests.
- Maintaining Records of Site Movements & Submitting accurate expense reports for all Travel related payments made using company credit cards
- Assisting staff with their expense reporting where needed.
Qualifications: -
- NFQ Level 6 ROI / NVQ Level 4 UK or above
Additional / Preferred Qualifications: -
- Excellent Admin Skills with high levels of Proficiency in Microsoft Office Packages
- Ability to work on own initiative as well as being able excel as part of a team.
- Experience of Working in a high-pressured environment and to tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of Concur Corporate Travel Agency, Emburse Expense reporting and Oracle Platform preferred but not essential.
