With a strong commitment to quality and consistency, we’ve earned multiple awards and built a trusted name across Ireland. We serve both the retail and catering markets and are now looking to grow our dynamic team.
We are currently recruiting a Van Sales Representative to join our winning team. This role is ideal for an enthusiastic and self-driven individual who thrives in a sales-focused environment and is eager to develop strong customer relationships while expanding our customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through reliable and professional service.
- Identify and grow new business opportunities within your route.
- Ensure consistent stock levels across our listed product range.
- Accurately check and load van stock each evening.
- Communicate sales opportunities and customer feedback to management.
- Manage Sale or Return and non-sale items within company policy.
- Monitor and report competitor activity to the Sales Manager.
- Accurately complete all paperwork to agreed standards.
- Handle all cash and stock responsibly and with full accountability.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and food hygiene regulations.
- Maintain the company vehicle in a clean, safe, and presentable condition.
- Perform any other duties as required by the Management Team.
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Proven motivation and enthusiasm for sales.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to work independently.
- Previous experience in van sales is preferred but not essential.
- Full clean driving licence.
- Fluency in both spoken and written English.
