About the Role:
Rayco Group is seeking a dynamic, creative, and camera-confident Videographer & Social Media Marketer to lead content creation across our growing brands – Rayco Modular Homes, Rayco Commercials, and Rayco Coatings.
This isn’t a behind-the-scenes role – we want someone who’s not afraid to be on camera, drive weekly YouTube content, and create daily TikToks to boost our online presence and sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, shoot, and edit short-form and long-form videos for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube
- Host or co-host weekly videos for YouTube and reels (camera presence essential)
- Create engaging daily TikToks across Rayco Modular, Commercials & Coatings
- Film at job sites, our showhouse, customer deliveries, factory floor, and events
- Work closely with sales and marketing to script product features, behind-the-scenes, and lifestyle content
- Manage and grow social media channels with consistent branding and voice
- Analyse video performance and engagement data to improve content strategy
- Brainstorm creative campaigns that turn views into leads and sales
Requirements:
- Proven experience filming and editing high-quality video content (portfolio required)
- Strong presence and confidence speaking on camera
- Proficiency with editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, etc.)
- Deep understanding of TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Instagram Reels trends
- Creative mindset with marketing instincts – you know what sells
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple content calendars
- Experience with drone footage a bonus (not essential)
- Driver’s licence preferred (to travel to sites)

Pay: €26,628.81-€52,484.80 per year
