Key Responsibilities
Video Production
- Lead videography on-location and in-studio for a variety of client and internal projects.
- Operate and maintain camera gear and lenses (Sony FX3 + zoom lens and prime cine lenses)
- Operate audio equipment ensuring clean and clear sound within various different environments across projects.
- To create lighting scenarios suited for the project at hand.
Pre-Production & Creative Development
- Develop creative concepts based on client briefs or internal ideas.
- Storyboard and plan visual sequences.
- Create mood and narrative.
- Write scripts for relevant projects.
- Source props and cast.
- Direct shoots from concept to final delivery.
Post-Production
- Edit all video content (Davinici Resolve preferred).
- Colour correction and grading relevant to the project.
- Design and apply basic motion graphics and text animations.
- Handle basic sound design and audio mixing for video clarity and impact.
- Select suitable background music and sound effects (Artlist).
Multi-Platform Delivery
- Create multiple edits of the same content (full length, short form, vertical formats).
- Optimise videos for various platforms, including Instagram, Instagram, YouTube, and client websites.
Media Management
- Manage media dumps from shoots and organise raw footage efficiently into structured folders.
- Maintain and archive project files for future use and easy access.
