We are looking for a Fully Flexible Restaurant Waiter/Waitress to join our existing restaurant team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Providing the best customer service at all time
- Looking after guests. Taking orders. Serving food and drinks.
- Ensuring safe food handling and full HACCP compliance
- Actively live Donnybrook Fair brand-values i.e. Genuine, Passion for Food
- Day to day cleaning and maintenance of the restaurant and bar.
- Assist customers with queries regarding all food and drinks
- Strong attention to detail, organized and flexible
Ideal Candidate:
- Some previous Restaurant/Bar or similar experience is required
- HACCP training is desirable
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work as part of the team
- Passion for food
- Barista training is desirable but not necessary
