Role Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented Accommodation Assistants to join our team. As an Accommodation Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guest rooms and public areas are maintained to the highest standards, contributing to the memorable experience our guests expect at The Eviston Collection.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain guest bedrooms and bathrooms to approved standards, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing towels and toiletries.
- Clean assigned public areas, corridors, stairways, and glass doors, ensuring all spaces are spotless and welcoming.
- Remove and dispose of rubbish appropriately.
- Ensure proper care and use of cleaning equipment and materials.
- Report maintenance issues or lost property to your supervisor promptly.
- Greet and acknowledge guests in a friendly and professional manner, assisting with queries as needed.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
What We’re Looking For
- Excellent attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage but not essential; full training provided.
- Flexibility to work weekdays and weekends as required.
