The Accommodation Assistant is an exciting role that aims to ensure all guests experience high quality and comfortable surroundings.
Role & Responsibilities
All our team pride themselves in offering exceptional guest service to ensure we always go above our service standards. Your role with us will include:
- Cleaning guest bedrooms to a high and consistent standard
- Ensure all standards in relation to bedrooms and public areas are met
- To adhere to all policies within the hotel
About The Role
- The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role.
- Have strong customer service skills and high attention to detail.
- The ideal candidate must be available to work weekday and weekend shifts and public holidays.
