Main Duties:
Mid-week availability essential for this role.
- Clean and prepare bedrooms, bathrooms, and common areas to established standards.
- Change bed linen, replenish towels, and restock room amenities as required.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate team.
- Ensure all cleaning equipment and materials are used correctly and stored safely.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of guest or resident information and belongings.
- Follow infection control procedures and hygiene protocols.
- Support other housekeeping team members and cover other duties as needed.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies.
