Jacksons Hotel is a leading hospitality destination known for exceptional guest experiences and high standards of cleanliness and comfort. We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant to join our dynamic team.
About The Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas to hotel standards
- Replace linens, towels, and replenish room supplies
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards
- Ensure all assigned rooms are completed thoroughly and efficiently
- Respond to guest requests promptly and professionally
- Follow all health and safety guidelines
Requirements:
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred (but not required)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods
- Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
