The successful candidate will assist the Accommodation Manager in overseeing all housekeeping operations within the hotel and ensuring the delivery of an excellent guest experience.
Key Responsibilities for the Role:
- Assisting with the smooth running of the accommodation department
- Supervising all activities of the accommodation assistants and ensuring they are aware of their responsibilities and perform all duties to the highest of standards
- Daily checking of rooms, conducting inspections of all bedrooms and public areas
- Recording any maintenance issues and following up to ensure they are dealt with in a timely and appropriate manner
- Assisting the Accommodation Manager with the Administrative function of the department
- Assisting with Training, Managing and Developing the housekeeping team
Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience as an Accommodation Supervisor in a busy 4-star Hotel
- Strong IT Skills
- Flexibility with regards to hours of work
- Exceptional Customer and Personal Service Standards
- The ability to handle demanding situations and work well under time constraints
- Fluent in written an spoken English
