This position is based in Meta's EMEA Headquarters in Dublin.Account Manager, SSA Responsibilities
- Responsible for educating clients on products, new solutions and best practices to drive adoption and grow new/existing business partnerships
- Accurately and effectively manage sales pipeline in order to identify and prioritize business opportunities
- Lead strategic conversations with C Level and communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders, including the adapt to feedback and adjust plans accordingly
- Capability to present key client issues in an effort to be the customer advocate within Meta
- Effectively manage priorities and time in order to meet deadlines and administrative tasks
- Identify growth opportunities and trends across the portfolio
- Be an active contributor of the regional sales team to contribute to overall team goals and development
- 3+ years of previous experience in customer sales or success management, account management, or consulting
- Bachelors or Masters degree or equivalent experience
- Demonstrated experience in prioritization of tasks and managing time, even under high-pressure situations
- Critical thinking, analytical skills with an iterative and proactive mind-set
- Articulate complex data stories, in simple language to customers via day to day communications and regular presentation
- Communication and presentation skills
- Customer management experience
- Team working skills in an international work environment with a passion for making an impact
- Present key client issues in an effort to be the customer advocate within Meta
- Fluency in English
- Market knowledge and work experience in the Sub-Saharan African markets
- Fluency in French
