Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media environment, or marketing role.
- Ability to communicate in English and Finnish fluently to support clients in the Finnish market.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in a business related field or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience working in a complex, matrixed organization.
- 1 year of experience managing digital marketing and advertising campaigns, projects, and relationships with customers or agencies.

You will establish relationships by conducting regular phone consultations and business pitches with a large portfolio of clients. You will use your problem-solving and objection handling skills to operate in a fluid environment, reaching for ambitious business and productivity goals. Using your relationship-building skills, you will provide Google-caliber solution business, partnership management and analysis to deliver successful business outcomes. Responsibilities
- Build and manage relationships with our clients, and develop an understanding of their business challenges, marketing objectives, and success metrics.
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure workflows and projects are completed on time to a set standard.
- Plan for, and achieve, business growth goals, through the presentation of Google advertising products or solutions that will help our clients to meet their marketing objectives.
- Develop data-driven analysis and consultative recommendations that align with customer goals, and quantify opportunities with recommendations to present to customers.
- Build knowledge of how Google Advertising products work and can be used to help meet a range of marketing objectives.
