We are looking for a self-motivated, organised and professional individual to fulfil an Accounting Technician role in our Dundalk head office.

Duties will include:

Bank administration duties; monitoring cashflow, inter-account transfers and reconciling daily banking transactions
Reconciling banks, accounts payable and receivable monthly to ensure completeness and accuracy
Preparing VAT returns bi-monthly
Posting Month end Journals
Weekly payroll processing and Revenue submissions
Processing invoices, payments, and receipts
General office admin projects & duties.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

IATI: Accounting Technician or Relevant financial Qualification
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role/environment
Sage & Payday experience is preferable and applicants must be proficient across all MS Office applications with a focus on Excel.
