We are looking for a dynamic and dependable Administrative Assistant / Receptionist to join our team. If you are detail-oriented, possess exceptional communication abilities, and are able to handle a variety of tasks with efficiency and professionalism, this might be the role for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for our patients and visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming reception experience.
- Answer, direct, and respond to phone calls, emails, and inquiries as directed by the dentist and with a high level of customer care.
- Record keeping with meticulous attention to detail.
- Manage multiple diaries, scheduling appointments, taking payments, end-of-day balance
- Handle general office correspondence, filing, scanning, etc.
- Assist with administrative tasks including, data entry, report preparation, and maintaining office supplies.
- Coordinate with our clinical teams to ensure smooth office operations and effective communication.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in an administrative or receptionist role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficiency in office software (MS Office Suite) and Database platform
- Friendly, approachable, and able to maintain professionalism in high-pressure situations.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
