Kids Rule Afterschool are looking for a Afterschool Manager in our Ballinameen location.
We are offering a permanent position of 35 hours per week, Monday-Friday 7:30am-9:30am and 1pm-6pm daily.
This role is based in our Ballinameen location working with junior infants to sixth class.
The ideal candidate would have
- childcare qualification (not necessary but desirable)
- have flexibility within your role
- be energetic, caring and passionate
- Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills, IT and administration skills
- IT Skills - using excel/word/emails
Roles and Responsibilities
-Manage and oversee the day to day running of the school age care setting ensuring the safety, care and welfare of the children and staff is always maintained
-plan and implement afterschool activities
-Ensure compliance with TUSLA and Pobal
-following our policies and procedures and help implement them
-motivating and building relationships with staff
-helping to delegate specific roles and responsibilities of each employee
