We've trained over 1,000 professionals since 2016—and now, as we launch the next wave of AI Credentialing, we're creating the Trainer Toolkit that will empower trainers and consultancies worldwide to teach AI effectively, safely, and at scale.
The Role
We're seeking an AI Trainer Toolkit Developer to help us turn our AI Body of Knowledge into practical, high-impact training resources. You’ll work closely with Orcawise’s leadership, researchers, and commercial partners to create toolkits that span:
- AI Literacy & Ethics
- Prompt Engineering
- LLMs & RAG Systems
- Agentic AI & Multi-Agent Design
- AI Governance (incl. EU AI Act, ISO 42001)
This is a pivotal role at the heart of our go-to-market strategy. The toolkit you build will power the next generation of AI trainers, consultants, and enterprise educators.
Your Responsibilities
- Transform Orcawise’s AI Body of Knowledge into modular, trainer-ready materials
- Develop resources: slide decks, facilitator guides, case studies, tool demos, assessments
- Align toolkits with real-world use cases (finance, healthcare, manufacturing, etc.)
- Create tiered content (Foundations → Intermediate → Risk-Tiered Roles)
- Ensure content reflects EU AI Act compliance and ISO standards where required
- Collaborate with Orcawise PhDs, content experts, and governance leads
- Structure content for live delivery, self-paced learning, and enterprise customization
- Design activities that combine technical and non-technical learning goals
- Use feedback from trainers to iterate and enhance usability
✅ You’ll Need
- Experience in instructional design, adult learning, or technical training
- Working knowledge of AI: LLMs, prompt engineering, governance frameworks
- Ability to translate complex policy and technical ideas into learner-friendly formats
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, PowerPoint, Notion, Canva, or equivalent tools
- Strong attention to structure, clarity, and visual flow
- Bonus: experience designing certification-ready courses or compliance-aligned training
- Masters or Phd level
