Overview:
An Architectural Technologist applies technical expertise to support architectural design and Digital construction processes. They ensure designs are functional, sustainable, and compliant with regulations, specialising in the integration of construction technologies.
Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed technical drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate design and construction using Building Information Modelling (BIM).
- Conduct site assessments and ensure compliance with building standards.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to execute projects efficiently.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in 3D modelling and technical drafting.
- Knowledge of construction processes and sustainability principles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
