Our client is an award-winning design practice and they currently have an opening for an Architectural Technologist in their new sister company 4D Design & Planning Ltd
Responsibilities:
- Preparation of CAD Drawings.
- Carrying out site inspections.
- Preparation of planning applications
- Report writing.
- Site Surveying.
- Project Monitoring.
Requirements:
- 2 years' post-graduation industry experience is preferred although strong applicants with less experience will be considered.
- Full clean driving license
The successful Architectural Technologist will be well supported but is required to have a dynamic approach with the ability to manage their own projects independently.
