RENOVA is Irelands premier home renovations company. We specialise in whole house deep retrofit renovations with redesign and extensions when required. We design and build and employ a full design office and six construction teams. We have completed >150 significant home renovations in the greater Dublin region since 2012.
Role Description
This is a full-time role for an experienced Architectural Technologist. The position is office based in Kilcoole, Co. Wicklow, with the option of hybrid working. The role requires travel to site on a regular basis.
The successful candidate will work closely with a tight design team at RENOVA. This teams consists of our Lead architectural designer, Design manager, Architectural technologist, Quantity surveyor, Construction manager and Office administrator.
Requirements:
Experience with residential deep retrofit or sustainable renovation projects
Familiar with Planning and Building Control regulations
Experience of BCMS platform (commencement notice applications etc)
Good technical and detailing skills
General knowledge of Mech & Elec layouts
Proficiency in Autocad essential
Sketchup not essential but beneficial
Knowledge of SEAI grants process & Building Energy Ratings will also be beneficial
Own car and full Irish driving licence, or equivalent.
Salary:
Negotiable: Competitive package will be offered, dependent on level of experience

Pay: €35,000.00-€55,000.00 per year
