The Fairways hotel are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Assistant Bar & Restaurant Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring the smooth operation of both our restaurant and bar, delivering unforgettable experiences for our guests.
What You'll Do:
- Assist the Bar & Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations, including scheduling, staffing, and inventory control.
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards are met in both the bar and restaurant.
- Lead by example, motivating and coaching team members to deliver exceptional service.
- Contribute to menu development and maintain a high standard of food and beverage quality.
- Handle cash transactions, ensuring accurate accounting procedures.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment for both staff and guests.
You're a Perfect Fit If You Have:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a restaurant or bar management role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Impeccable customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Point-of-Sale systems and inventory management.
